Privacy Agreement SOS Call

I hereby consent to the recording of the telephone calls that I make over the mobile device’s emergency call system by med con team GmbH. I also consent to the storage of these recordings for a period of 12 months. In particular, I agree to the collection of the personal data that I provide during telephone calls over the emergency call system, as well as the storage of this data through med con team GmbH’s storage of the telephone call recordings.

The recording and the storage of the telephone calls by med con team GmbH emergency control center is necessary for security reasons. It is not technologically possible to record only particular details of the telephone calls.

Therefore, I also expressly agree to the recording of the information provided in the telephone calls regarding my health situation.

I hereby agree to allow med con team GmbH to receive the location data of the mobile telephone, upon activation of an emergency call over that mobile device, so that the exact location of that mobile device from which the emergency call has been sent can be determined. I give med con team GmbH permission to store the thusly received location data for a period of 12 months. The data collection and storage aids in determining the location of the mobile device and, thereby, my exact location.

I hereby consent to the forwarding of all personal and health-related information upon transmission of the emergency call —as well as the location of the mobile device as determined by satellite and network positioning—to the third parties named in the master data record as well as to any other persons whom med con team GmbH notifies in order to provide me with assistance. I release the deployed doctors and their assistants from the medical confidentiality obligation insofar as they are appointed by the med con team GmbH or the third parties.
